Mr. Shoemaker’s
practice focuses on maritime, international, commercial and energy related transactions and defense litigation. Mr. Shoemaker's trial and arbitration experience includes maritime transactions, personal injury, property damage, contract, charterparty dispute, insurance coverage and cargo matters. Mr. Shoemaker also handles commercial, energy and maritime, contract and charterparty negotiation, dispute resolution and arbitration. Mr. Shoemaker studied maritime law at Tulane University School of Law and holds a master’s license issued by the United States Coast Guard.
