Mr. Geddie's practice includes both litigation and transactional matters. His extensive litigation experience includes numerous jury and non-jury trials of all descriptions and complexity in Texas state and federal courts. He has also tried numerous matters in arbitration. As a result of his prodigious work, Mr. Geddie earned Board Certification in Civil Trial Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 1988, and has attained re-certification every five years since. His experience encompasses complex commercial litigation, and personal injury defense, as well as disputes involving maritime, aviation, securities, construction, banking, and employment law issues. Mr. Geddie's practical knowledge extends to dealing with questions of international legal importance, both in the realm of litigation and transactional matters. He has represented myriad insurance companies and their insureds in insurance-related litigation. Mr. Geddie is also adept at rendering insurance policy coverage opinions, and has litigated a variety of coverage disputes.
