Profile
Mr. Bell’s
practice includes complex litigation and corporate transactions.
He serves as counsel to shipping companies, oil service companies,
major petro-chemical producers, offshore construction companies
and terminal operators, and assists these clients with all aspects
of their legal needs. He is experienced in vessel financing
and documentation, including Title XI financing issues. Mr.
Bell maintains an active practice in the defense of toxic tort
cases for both maritime and non-maritime clients.
Mr. Bell
served as an officer in the United States Coast Guard and also
served as an attorney for both the Coast Guard and the U.S.
Department of Justice.
